Mary Worth 118

Drew: "Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go upstairs and finish applying my old lady drag queen make up. It's the only thing that will make me feel whole."

Mary! Where have you been? We haven't seen you in over a month, and we missed you! It appears Dr. Jeff Corey may have been sitting on top of you the whole time and you're just now emerging from underneath him. Toonhead is going to go nuts now that her "Where's Mary?" campaign is over. So what have you been up to? You missed all the fun. Vera totally humiliated Drew - again. It lasted weeks!

  1. Mary knows. She orchestrated the whole humiliating episode from her own apartment, right under the nose of Drew's Father.

  2. I'm frankly stunned. Drew and Vera is simply the GREATEST LOVE STORY EVER TOLD! EVER! EVER!
Of course Drew will feel humiliated. But what happens when he walks in to see Dad? His Dad and Mary, clothes disheveled, hair askew, and Dad looking, well frankly uncomfortable. Mary tries to shift the focus and save the day with her "meh" response. But fails. Drew, as a successful young doctor, notices the physical discomfort his Dad is in and again is revolted. He can't score with Vera or Dawn, and his Dad is getting lucky. I know it's just Mary, but still a little luck is better than none.
Anyhow, what happened to his checkered blazer? Does he keep his whole wardrobe in his car? Is he living out of his car?
I am having a little trouble really looking at him- does anyone else notice he's not as "manly" shall we say? His mannerism is simply all wrong.
Finally the hand gesture. Look at Drew's right hand and then at his Dad's eyes. Note the shock in Dad's eyes and the trembling look in Mary's. That's right, Drew needs to be alone with Mary. Will Dad and Mary also reject him? Stay tuned. THIS IS THE GREATEST LOVE STORY EVER! EVER!

  3. Epic love story or not, tom, I think we're both struggling to keep this family friendly. But let's do our best. No one, and I mean, NO one, scores in Santa Royale, California. Let's keep it that way.

Don't be shy! I'd love to hear what you have to say about Mary Worth. Just keep it clean, that's all I ask. This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY blog. I don't want to moderate comments, but I will if I have to.
