It requires remarkably little skating to be a champion in Lynn's world. Given her lack of discipline and disdain for the game of skating, Lynn is as much a world class athlete as Professor Cameron.
Having resolved her issues with her father -- thanks to Mary's meddling -- Lynn will skate on to glory. Frank will realize the value of Mary's presence and ask her to "become part of his life there at Lake Plac- uh, Tranquil." Mary, with an image of Jeff playing in her mind, will reply that "My work here is done," and catch the first flight back to Charterstone. This story will thus be wrapped up by early October, easily.
Don't be shy! I'd love to hear what you have to say about Mary Worth. Just keep it clean, that's all I ask. This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY blog. I don't want to moderate comments, but I will if I have to.

ReplyDeleteThere are two powerful forces contending for Lynn's soul. Unfortunately for her, they're both Darth Vaders. No Obi-Wans in this strip.
