I am dying to know what low road Mary is referring to when she includes herself as a fellow sojourner. Perhaps she has seen the light and recognizes the destruction her meddling has caused in the lives of others.
I'd like to congratulate the Daily Register of Mitchell, South Dakota. The editors were faced with the grim reality that they only had room for one soap opera strip in their esteemed pages and Mary Worth won out! Based on anecdotal evidence! I feel like we're on an eternal merry-go-round with no end in site. Around and around we go, where we stop nobody knows. This plot is so constipated that a truck load of laxatives wouldn't help.
ReplyDeleteNone of the plots of MW lately are particularly entertaining, but this one takes the cake by far.
WV: ssingthe, as in Lady Sings the Blues, which I've been doing during this whole plotline.

ReplyDeleteGeez, Jeff makes a simple exclamation about a theatrical evangelist, "Do you BELIEVE this guy?!" and Mary goes on and on with the platitudes...

Ah, but Mary has traveled the lowest of roads!
ReplyDeleteYou forget August, 2005, when Mary drove downtown to the women's shelter. That certainly looked like a low road.
Mary, you think Nola has traveled the lowest of roads? Then Wayne the Kidnapper must have been traveling in the sewers. A little perspective is in order here.
ReplyDeleteThey've all been babbling about roads now for a week or so, and I'm no where close to figuring out where anyone is.
