    Hmmmm...quite the sinister emphasis on "work-related injury". I think we have a plot point here.

    Adam needs a more qualified physical therapist. Mine would never sanction that crook handled wooden cane.

    Charterstone doesn't clean/paint/spruce up apartments between rentals. New tenants are at the mercy of the previous occupant. "You'll find the previous tenant, Wilbur Weston, left moldy kaiser rolls, pieces of salami, and open pickle jars all over the place. Sorry."

    Boy, boldface italics are all over the second panel. Cue the ominous music...dum dum DUM!
