Well, there's only one way to get Iris out of this funk. She has to fly down Bogota and confront Wilbur. She has to pour out her heart and tell him she's sorry. Then she has to say, "So who's it going to be, me or her?"
Then when Wilbur says, "You're kidding, right?" she can fly back to Santa Royale fuming.
While neither is ideal, fuming is better than moping around all the time. You get more done.
I must say, Wanders, this has been bugging the heck out of me too. Thanks for the reminder frame, but I remember well that Iris didn't want to continue the relationship and that she even dated in front of Dawn. However, I'm guessing that Wilbur will be taken for a ride (missing money? kidney?) and Iris will console him when he returns. I am not looking forward to it.
Don't be shy! I'd love to hear what you have to say about Mary Worth. Just keep it clean, that's all I ask. This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY blog. I don't want to moderate comments, but I will if I have to.
I can't wait to see the little Wilbur head clouds floating bye as Iris walks between buildings at University.

ReplyDeleteDon't doing new girlfriend!
Fresh air clear!
Going out for fresh air seems like a good idea—except that it looks like a dark, driving rainstorm out there.
ReplyDeleteBet she runs into Zak in the Quad at University....
ReplyDeleteMoy must be very happy. She's finally been able to get to Wanders. Sounds like he's ready to crack open like a cartoon watermelon!
ReplyDeleteAre there a shortage of fat, short, balding men in Bogota?
ReplyDeleteNone of us does, Iris. None of us does.

ReplyDeleteIf Iris runs into Mary, I'll be the one needing fresh air.
ReplyDeleteWouldn't it be a hoot if Iris and Dr. Jeff meet cute and hit it off?
