Past few MONTHS? Wait... where have I been? Dawn bumped into you at the pizza joint. You went on a date to see "Ruse of the Fast Talker" and a meal where you told her about your mother practicing naked yoga with her boyfriend. Then you had lunch together at the hospital. And then it's tonight, where you got mustard on your chin and you declared your love. All I am asking is that we slow down so we can savor every moment of this train wreck.
There really should be a vomit emoji on the Comics Kingdom website.

ReplyDeleteYeah, yeah, yeah, you're deeply and madly in love. We get it. Can we get the the dumping already?

@Scottie McW.: I’m for a thorough, cleansing dumpfest. Dawn dumps Hugo, Hugo dumps Dawn, Dawn and Jared simultaneously dump each other, Estelle Dumps Wilbur, Iris dumps Zak, Toby dumps Ian, Jeff dumps Mary, and Mr. Allora just watches the dumpster fire burn.
ReplyDeleteAND...they moved to Chicago! O.o
ReplyDelete"My feelings for you kind of snuck up on me". Kind of like the coronavirus.
ReplyDeleteWanders, I was like you. Did I take a nap like Rip Van Winkle and months have gone by? Or has the plot been going so slow it's really been months? Whatever it is, I'm still bored. Let's get to Frenchy and Dawn dumping each other.
@fauxproof: And Mary cackles with glee after hearing about all the new meddling opportunities.
ReplyDelete@fauxprof, Dumpfest is a great idea! Coachella has been canceled, but Dumpfest lives!
ReplyDeleteI figure that Jared saying “I’m in love with you, Dawn” instead of “I love you, Dawn” has an escape clause built in. At some future time, he can say “I’m out of love with you, Dawn” When dealing with a Weston, it’s always advisable to have options.
I think Joe must have finally come out of his diner and said: "Will you two get the hell off my bench and go find a room?"

Ha haaaa! Dumpfest would be great! Jeff dumping Mary for some young arm candy would be the best.

Santa Royale has an amazing skyline, even though the tallest building there is Mountview hospital. Or is that the wall the Pres. is building b/w the US and Mexico?
ReplyDeleteCurrent events have made romantic entanglements seems superfluous — maybe even selfish.
ReplyDeleteLet’s get to the heart of the matter: Nobody wants to isolate with Wilbur.
Paraphrasing Spock in "Star Trek: Wrath of Khan": "Weeks will seem like months."
