Toby fell down the well, Nance?! ARGH! I was hoping that Toby would show up tomorrow to say goodbye to Madi while sporting her own version of Madi's hairstyle.
Pumpkin spice? I hadn’t thought of that, Wanders. I was thinking Captain Morgan, something that both Gram and Toby were likely to have on hand. On a gloomy note, do you suppose we’ll be bidding Madi farewell all week, through the Sunday Summary?
And, we still haven't had to endure yet the obligatory Mary/Toby walk to summarize the events. Soon, the Charterstone board will ban Toby from "Charterstone Meetings" as they have gotten tired of Toby always bringing her banana bread with the secret meeting to every meeting.
It's funny that people think Madi is going somewhere. She is obviously the new Mary Worth deus ex machina--Madi will resolve every future storyline from here on out by whispering Gram's secret solution into the protagonist's ear. Mary will decide between killing her and adopting her and the strip will soon be a legacy comic: Madi Worth.

Yeah, we probably will. Then we'll spend all next week listening to Mary, Saul, and Toby moralizing about their part in Madi's life-changing visit.
