That is def a choice for Panel of the Year, especially for the care taken to document faithfully the effects of gravity on Eve's ample, swinging bosom.
If Eve weren't wearing her slippers outside, she may have been less likely to take a spill. And what's with Saul?! He's all excited about the dogs going after a bird. I can't wait to see what he does when a squirrel crosses their path. And what will Eve's fall have to do with her anxiety? It seems to me that being anxious about falling (agreeing with fauxprof's comments above) is warranted... Inquiring minds want to know!
Nance - Sorry, I knew you were here yesterday. In my comment today I was joking that maybe after seeing Eve's trip and fall in Panel 2 this morning, it might send you into an anxiety attack. You know; because of your fall last year? Not funny, I guess.
Don't be shy! I'd love to hear what you have to say about Mary Worth. Just keep it clean, that's all I ask. This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY blog. I don't want to moderate comments, but I will if I have to.

Not so fast!
Augghh!
Love?! And just in time for Valentine’s Day,! (KM needs over two weeks to get ready.)
ReplyDelete@fauxprof was correct yesterday. If Max wasn’t always on leash, a presumed catastrophe would not be happening.
I think we can all agree the takeaway here is blue pants and orange shirts (Is that Tommy's orange shirt???) are not a good choice for walking.
ReplyDeleteI'm relieved to see that Nance has shown up. I was worried that Eve's fall might have triggered an anxiety attack!

Been there, done that, have the cyborg leg to prove it. At the moment I have some real empathy for Eve.

ReplyDeleteJune's difficulty illustrating how people hold things hasn't diminished. Nobody holds a dog leash like that.
I don't think birds let people and dogs get that close to them. This seems to be unnatural nature.

ReplyDeleteHow did Max manage to pull Eve over with that much slack in the leash?
ReplyDeleteOld Saul: Serves you right for having such a BIG dog. That's going to require an ER visit for sure.
ReplyDelete@HelenClark—I was here yesterday. But things have been so pedestrian and banal, that I don’t blame you for not recalling.
