I am trying to decide if Toby is deliberately acting naive to Cal's advances, or if she is just naive. Either way, I have heard no incriminating statements coming from that uncommon mouth. So, Dean Killjoy, you will just have to wait before you are able to start an expensive and frustrating search for a new adjunct professor.
ReplyDeleteOh darn, Cal will have to cancel his reservation at Santa Royale's favorite extramarital-affair restaurant.

OK, gray lady in the hall. Tomorrow's Friday. Out with whatever it is you have to say to Toby already.
ReplyDeleteScottie- I have it on good authority that Cal intends to take Toby to La Jeunesse Indolente. They have a menu special infantes
ReplyDeletethat includes un livre de coloriage.
I think that by now even Toby would have noticed the menacing presence of Ms. Gray, but she doesn't seem to have.
ReplyDeleteCal cuts to the chase: "Mrs. C, I want to get in your pants."
ReplyDeleteToby: "Silly boy, they won't fit you."
Do all the other students in this class rush out the second class ends, or have they dropped this class because Toby ignores them?
ReplyDeleteToby’s not naïve, she’s just a dim bulb. I can’t wait for her confrontation with her new nemesis, Dean Killjoy.
I was hoping Toby would accept Cal’s offer to buy her lunch. I wanted to see her reaction when he handed the week old tuna sandwich he bought from a vending machine.

It's been a while now since we've seen Wilbur and Estelle. Since getting back together, Estelle has fallen into Wilbur's many bad habits. They eat BBQ every night, neither one bothers to change their clothes more than once a month, Libby's litter box hasn't been emptied in weeks, and Pierre's dog hair is everywhere. All that BBQ with mashed potatoes has really packed on the pounds. So much so, that Estelle no longer cares what she looks like. Her lustrous locks with that magnificent flip; gone, traded in for a much shorter "do". What I haven't figured out is why she's hanging around the college, spying on Toby.

Wow. This brings back a lot of memories ... I would have made if I had attended my local COMMUNITY college.
ReplyDelete@Piderman....hmmm, I don't know. Maybe you have to be special. I went to my local community college and nothing like this ever happened.
ReplyDeleteWanders. I think that a search for Toby's replacement would be pointless Toby already represents the bottom of the barrel
