I’m going to report to school management that “College” is in way too teeny-tiny letters.

In reality I think Helen is actually a very sweet and open-minded woman who is misunderstood because of her Resting Crone Face. In today's panel she is warmly urging Toby to "keep it up!", and thinks others will want to know she's reporting Toby to school management as this year's nominee for the prestigious Harlan P Jones Student Befriending Award.
Regarding the odd term “school management,” maybe SRCc is one of those for-profit post-secondary schools that take students’ money while misleading them about the great career opportunities that await them. That would also explain someone like Toby being on the faculty.
Helen seems to be obsessed with Toby's behavior in a way that makes me think they knew one another at a different time where Toby maybe either stole Ian from Helen or made fun of Helen's clumsy attempts to create polymer figurines.
And good point about the font size on the Community college sign, KitKat. Perhaps the building doubles as a Community Center, with chair yoga, tai chi, and Friday sing alongs.
Keep it up? I'm sure it's much easier for Toby to keep Cal's up than it is for her to keep Ian's up. For a lad of Cal's age, the problem can be keeping it down.
