Mary Worth 608

Except for $50,000. That part of what Ted did was definitely not with me.

  1. how long has Scott been laying there now? Shouldn't someone be coming in to check his I.V.,change his bed linens or monitor his output?

  2. Whenever I'm in the hospital it's always reassuring to see a giant RED CROSS painted on the wall of the room! Otherwise one could easily forget where they are and think they're at home or something.

  3. Yes, someone should come in and tend to Scott's medical needs. Like, oh, I don't know. A doctor.

For example, Dr. Adrian there. You know, the pathetic waif pining over his bullet-riddled half-a-corpse? She could be tending to his injuries. Instead of pining.

Just a thought, there, Adrian. How badly do you want this dude to live, anyway?

  4. I understand your logic, Anon, but the thing about Scott and Adrian is that... well... HE takes care of HER.

So she's doing the best he can considering Scott won't be grabbing any restaurant bills with his arm in that sling, and he hasn't even noticed the ring. So I'm sure you'll agree that Adrian is working hard enough!

  5. I think you are right maconmemad. Scott is surely dead and the Cory's won't let anyone in to see that. They are in complete denial!

  6. Work it girl, grab all the drama you can, cause in your car...no one can hear you cry!

Poor Scott must be decaying pretty good by now, I just hope A has a fly swatter handy.

And Vicki, that red cross on the wall sure is not reassuring, unless CBS is filming a MASH nearby.

    I meant a MASH reunion.

  8. Maybe Scott's just pining for the fjords.

  9. Brick is right. I sit corrected. And how dare Scott not take time out from his coma to comfort her!

  10. Oh no, the hospital maintenance crew installed the helipad landing symbol on the wall of Scott's room instead of on the pad! Duck, Adrian!

(yeah the scale is all wrong to, but that was an oversight by the folks in procurement...at least they've changed Scott's neck band aid and enter the correct CPT code in his electronic medical record.)

  11. Good one Numbat! I had to look it up but when I did, I said Oh yeah! I remember that. Monty Python's Dead Parrot.. too funny. I have had another one going through my head this whole time. from the Holy Grail, when they are picking up the plague victims and one of the guys they are trying to throw on the cart is saying "I am not dead yet!" lol.

  12. SHUT UP ADRIAN! SHUT UP! HE CAN'T HEAR YOU! AND IF YOU DON'T SHUT UP HE WILL DIE JUST TO MAKE IT ALL STOP!

  13. Adrian's dreams are even dull. A lonely wedding ceremony, a house they moved into and neglected to remove the For Sale sign.

  14. Robert, Adrian's so dull that Scott's still more interesting even though he's unconscious and not talking.

When you're less interesting than a coma victim, you know you're in trouble.

  15. No, Robert@4.16p, the scariest thing about that picture of the "future" is that Joe Giella doesn't even have the imagination to draw a little Adrian and little Scott who don't look just like their parents.

Would it have hurt to make Little Adrian look like Scott and have Little Scott look like Adrian?

The imagineless text is now being accompanied by the imagineless art work.

Don't be shy! I'd love to hear what you have to say about Mary Worth. Just keep it clean, that's all I ask. This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY blog. I don't want to moderate comments, but I will if I have to.
