Now that's music! Both renditions are wonderful, but "At Last" always hits me where I live. Maggie really sells it, and she's beautiful and has stage presence to boot. You've got a right to be proud, Wanders.
I won't choose - Maggie does splendidly with two very different styles. She's a knockout, Wanders! Thank you for sharing her performances of these classics with us.
Don't be shy! I'd love to hear what you have to say about Mary Worth. Just keep it clean, that's all I ask. This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY blog. I don't want to moderate comments, but I will if I have to.
I'l go with the Duke every time.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous and talented daughter.

ReplyDeleteWow! What a great surprise! She's got a great voice and those songs showcase it. My votes' for 'At Last'
ReplyDeleteI'm on the "At Last" bandwagon, but she does a great job with both songs. You have very reason to be proud!
ReplyDeleteOops, I meant "every reason," of course.

ReplyDeleteWOW! Just WOW. And what everyone else said!
ReplyDeleteWonderful voice, stage presence, and a perfect name for a singer.
ReplyDeleteAt last! Thanks, Wanders! A real treat! (Yes, I typed three exclamation points. Bad writing, but sincere.)
ReplyDeleteBoth are great - At Last is my favorite. When is she trying out for American Idol?
ReplyDeleteLove her singing. Love her scatting on "It Don'T Mean a Thing" and her treatment of "At Last" was very nice. A talented young lady
ReplyDeleteIt takes some chops to sing "At Last!" Good job!
