This is indeed a wonderful Christmas present from Karen and Joe!
Tee-Hee! Tee-Hee!
We had the Stooges homage yesterday with the "you two lovebirds" now we're about to get the old two people rushing to get through the same narrow doorway as Ed and Evy dash off for a little Tee-Hee time.
Tee hee! In nine months her parents will present Olive with a sibling they'll also ignore. Of course, Mary will still be living with them and will be nanny, teacher, fairy godmother, Auntie Mame, Dumbledore, and Mary Poppins to both Lil' Eddie and his big sis.
Merry Christmas to Wanders, his family, and everyone in the Worthiverse!
I do believe this is the first time Ed has smiled since Mary's arrival. Merry Christmas, everyone, and a big thank you to Wanders for this wonderful blog. You and the merry group of commenters make my day.
Merry Christmas, Worthiverse family. I am more grateful to all of you than you can possibly know. This blog and its contributors have been a lifeline for me in a very dark year, and now you are helping me through a rough holiday season. Having a place to go where I can laugh and, hopefully, make others laugh, is a gift beyond measure. So, thank you, KitKat, meg, Nance, Yahoonski, Muscato, all the anonymi, and especially Wanders. Wes, you were there for me privately and personally, and I send you and your sweet family my love.
Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Warmest Wishes to all of the Commenters here at MW&M. I do love this Witty Bunch.
(And to fauxprof, dear, my deepest sympathy. Please, if you ever desire, make use of my email link over at the Dept. We can take it from there. Oh, my heart aches for you so.)
Is it merely easy teaching Olive your cooking moves (what the heck is a cooking move anyway?), or is it EASY-PEASY?
I hope all these Merry Christmases flying around today don't mean this is the last entry for the week, but in any case, happy solstice and merry Christmas to you all, and an especially merry one to you, fauxprof!
I thank you all for the fun, especially fearless leader Wanders, and offer prayers for Fauxprof's consolation. A very merry Tee Hee Christmas, everyone!
Dear @fauxprof, thanks for your kind, kind words. My most sincere condolences - I am so very sorry! We are a hearty bunch here, and our hearts are breaking.
I hope our comments and humor hold you up and carry you along. And a big thanks for all your witty contributions (and song lyrics!).
Don't be shy! I'd love to hear what you have to say about Mary Worth. Just keep it clean, that's all I ask. This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY blog. I don't want to moderate comments, but I will if I have to.
Hey, my 'Mary Worth' came to me today wrapped in plain brown paper, how neat is that!? Merry Christmas to you as well, Wanders!

ReplyDeleteSo, Mary and Olive will be stuffing a turkey while her parents are wrapping packages in the next room? I just lost my appetite.
ReplyDeleteMoy must hate us. That's the only explanation for that last panel.
But we love Wanders! You may not have a hand sticking out of your tummy, but you cook a great blog.

ReplyDelete@Peggy Olson--No, Moy loves us! That's why she gave us a Tee-hee panel for a present!
ReplyDeleteAnd a Merry Christmas to Wanders and to all who contribute to this blog!
