If Jenna is a serial killer, the weapon may be Jenna's handbag. Absent since July 3, it makes its reappearance, turning night into day for the first frame. What other magical powers might it possess?
From panel #1 to panel #2 it went from day to night. Those two sure don't talk much.
I know I've been away for a while, but I had to return to MW&me to check in because I had this strange buzzy feeling.
Now that I see Jenna is still on her date with Mike, I can take another week or two off.

I see that they are experiencing the same thing that our friends on the island did...start walking and it's night, walk for few, it's day!! Only in Jenna/Mike's case, it's say a few words, stand there like fools, say another word and voila--a whole new day.
Peaceful & calm? Buzzy feeling? That's no moon, that's an alien spacecraft. Abduct! Abduct!

IF I were anticipating a dark side to the proceedings, and IF I were looking for its first harbinger, I would notice Jenna's apparently more serious demeanor in today's second panel, in contrast to the goofy expressions they've both been wearing all evening (week). But it's probably nothing...
Do the strange face and neck shadows remind anyone else of ... The Phantom of the Santa Royale Opera? Or is it that Giella has no clue where the light is coming from?
