Mary Worth 880

Is Adrian Corey suddenly the only level-headed woman in this trio, or did she just get distracted when she walked past the persuasively named Lunch Restaurant?

I believe Adrian will spring for lunch. Salmonella Squares for Jill & Mary and while the two are retching in the powder room, back to the salon to grab that FABULOUS dress!!

I think maybe Adrian had time to think when she stopped and had her hair restyled.

Mary's expression is priceless. She's furious that Adrian is going to stop her just as she warms up on one of her repetitive lectures.

It does look like Mary cut Jill down to size. Wasn't Jill much taller back in the bridal shop?

@Birdie -- Mary is either furious or simply shocked that Adrian managed to wrestle control from the control freaks in two short panels.

In fact, I've never liked Adrian more than I do at this moment!

I didn't realize the bridal salon was a an actual...salon.
I'm surprised Jill so vehemently opposed Adrian's generic wedding dress, yet is abstaining from remarking on her Justin Bieber haircut. Or is it more of an Ellen DeGeneres trim, if you catch my drift.

Hmm, maybe the twist in all of this is that looking for a wedding dress is futile...when that type of nuptial has yet to be legalized in Charterstone.

The hidden message today made me laugh out loud! xD

If they keep chowing down in restaurants, Adrian will soon have to move into the plus-size dresses! And shrinking Jill will be shopping the the petites section at Maisies. (Of course,Mary will always be a Blair "Preferred Shopper")

Anyway, I digress. Mary seems GOBSMACKED that Adrian has dismissed the dress drama so handily! Hahaha.

Mrvy, apparently Jill was cut down to size by Mary's powerful Yellow Ray of Meddle (panel 4).

Love the comments re: Shrinking Jill. By tomorrow, she'll undoubtedly be back to 6'4". And we'll eventually learn the reason she thinks love isn't for everyone is that ... she's so tall! She couldn't become like other girls, and so became a hospital administrator (one of the few careers open to tall girls; fashion models in Santa Royale are 5'6" or under, so as not to intimidate the fragile citizenry) with no prospect for love.

Oh, goody! This is going to turn into a story about Adrian's Multiple Personality Disorder! I kind of like this one; she's taller, and has the assertiveness to demand lunch when she's hungry.

Dinner Diner is brilliant, Wanders!

Jill will order lunch for all of them, making Mary madder than a hornet.

When did SR become the dining capital of the world? The have more eats than Little Italy!

Why does Mary wait? Is she savoring the moment, letting the little female human blather along in smug ignorance, before striking a deadly, cobra-fast blow to her trachea?

Why do you wait, oh Cold-Blooded Dark Queen? Finish her!
