Mary Worth 3277

Actually, love disagrees with you. Love says, “You didn’t make up. You couldn’t make up because Zak was never in the wrong. You broke up because you were an idiot. And you still are an idiot. The only thing that changed in this story was your weight... and at a very unnatural and unhealthy rate.” That’s what Love says.

Love means you never have to say your sorry... or in the wrong..or an idiot... or gluten intolerant...

Did Iris have some type of surgery? She looks quite slim. And who is paying the rent at Charterstone, Tommy? So many questions...

Iris has stopped wearing turtlenecks, but her hair looks the same as it did when great chunks of it were in her brush.

How does Iris manage to live st Zak’s place with only the contents of a duffel bag and a suitcase?

@Chester, don’t try to apply logic to KM’s process. That will drive you crazy. We can go down all sorts of rabbit holes, i.e., is Iris’ apartment standing empty most of the time? Or does Tommy live there with Brandy? If so, why have we never seen them? Do we want to see them? (That’s a hard “no”.) What kind of miracle meds did Dr. Moe prescribe that not only arrested the Hashimoto’s Syndrome but reversed all the symptoms within days? See? Crazy time.

Good to see Iris lost her nose again, along with the weight.

I seem to recall the following exchange from somewhere in the Firesign Theater's oeuvre:
"Going on a trip?"
"Nope, this is a regular cigarette I'm smoking."
In this case, I was hoping Iris might say: "Nope, I'm returning all the plus-size clothing I bought last week."
(I see Ace Hardware got some free advertising in today's Recaptcha challenge.)

I'm starting to think that Mary is downright dangerous to her neighbors. She doesn't even ASK about Iris' health, just attributes her "looking very good" to "love". What about high-priced medication? Guess she would only bring that up if she just invested her retirement in medications for Hashimoto's Disease. Then she could REALLY brag about her insight!

It's amazing what a good diuretic can do.

I wonder if she's going to see how Tommy is doing? Her son who is prone to "falling off the wagon" with regards to his drug addiction?

What does Mary do-stand in the hallway waiting for someone to pounce on? I lived in a building like that. There was this old lady that lived on the first floor (she was about Mary's age-110-seriously, she was in her late 80s) and she would stand in the lobby and pounce on you the minute you walked through the door (just like Mary).. She wanted to know every facet of your business. One day she followed my boyfriend at the time into the elevator because she wanted to see whose apartment he was going to. The next time she saw me, she asked me about him.

I hated her as much as I hate Mary.

I am also hated KM for giving us a story that if you eat gluten free food, the pounds will magically disappear. Get out more KM, this doesn't happen in the real world. If it did, I'd be stuffing my face with gluten free food.
