Mary Worth 4215

Okay, I did check it out. And, uh, it is a suicide crisis site for veterinarians. Estelle must have picked up on signs I didn't spot. I'm sure Ed will really appreciate the recommendation.

I agree, Wanders. Estelle is not a subtle person. I was hoping the flowers were sent by Wilbur or Arthur/er. That would’ve sent Estelle into a tizzy and back to Mary.

Who’s going to help the Love Pigeons in the last panel when they crash into the wall?

I thought it was Green Steven who might be contemplating taking the old dirt nap, not Dr. Ed.

Anyway, KM, I think the dearth of comments today is a good indication that we are bored out of our skulls. The only thing to ponder in today's strip is what kind of cheapskate sends 10 roses instead of a dozen?

@Helen Clark, Dr. Ed did send a dozen roses. Stell fed two to the cat and dog in hope that they would get sick and she would need to make an emergency trip to see Dr. Ed.

Nothing says "lets get together soon" better than a long rambling message on the answering machine with someone you've had exactly 2 dates with. The Doc probably hung up and hit the delete button right after "I'm open to listening" in panel 3 and is now looking at the phone system manual on how to block callers. "Of all the problems I have right now, I don't need to deal with some stalker constantly calling me".

I agree with HelenClark re: dearth of comments. Current storyline = Snoozers!

(please pardon if this becomes a double post - I'm having some difficulty getting past the Captcha.)
