"She's very outspoken. For instance, she told me she hates my new eye color. Hmmmm... this mash is delicious. I must speak to Jill about serving it at the reception!"
I can see a cat fight coming up! Not one but TWO interfering women! Will Jill's euphemistically put "Type A personality" be any match for Mary's combination of saccharine sweetness and incessant meddling? I think Jill may have met her match.
Oh... no... this could get heated! Now it makes sense why Adrian looks so different. She is under the influence of Jill...She's been "Jillinated". Only the interfearing powers and prying character of Mary Worth can save Adrain from making the wrong icing color choice for the petitfoures served at the wedding reception, or some other life ruining choice she may make while under anyones influence but the might Mary Worth!
We don't see many type A personalities on Mary Worth, hostile or aggressive, impatient, socially isolated, tight lips, clenched jaw, dark circles. I imagine Helen Clark was type A. Lonnie may have been type A.
The weirdest part is how the strip keeps changing -- Dr. Mike's hair, Jenna's ponytail, Mary's hair length, where they're having dinner...isn't anyone in charge of continuity?
Working with Adrian would bring out the type A in me. So I've already decided, when conflict arises, regardless how pushy and loud she might be, I'm going to side with Jill.
I heard tell that Jill Black took B?BJ? on her first shopping spree, convinced Abby to cheat on Wilbur with that nasty rich kid, gave Helen Martin her first drink, and once shot a man dead, just for snoring too loud!
Maybe Mary will get so mad at Jill Black that she'll give her the same silent treatment she used to give her boyfriend. Wouldn't talk to him for days/weeks.
I refuse to believe that Mary does not know what "Type A Personality" means. I'm pretty sure she has "TYPE-A" vanity plates on the golf cart she uses to get around Charterstone.
@ Maude Findlay: LOL, no doubt! I'm rather shocked to learn Adrian even HAS a friend! I do hope this Jill person isn't the type of "friend" who would encourage Adrian to serve that devil ALCOHOL at the reception! *shudder!*
Yes, Mary's going to be mad at first, but when she realizes Jill Black needs her help with some problem, the gleam of meddling will return to Mary's deadened eyes.

I'm more worried about Mary's new lip color. Cyanosis and incipient gangrene?

Just keep it tight, Mary!

Ooohhhhh....We now have Mary's passive aggression and Jill's outright aggression. What fun it will be planning this wedding!

Jill Black killed Richie.

People with blue hair should not wear purple. Perhaps a nice shade of salmon square?

Mary is REALLY passive/agressive!

Who goes to a restaurant to eat oatmeal?

Maybe all Jill Black needs is to find love, but then again, love isn't meant for everyone.
