This feels like that game where you have to find the differences between the two pictures. Ah, where to begin? With Drew's slightly altered hair, with Mary and Drew changing location and positions, all within the space of a few short sentences? With the disappearing 'Congrations' banner? Drew's grey suit vs. black?.....The possibilities are endless! Great reception!
Wanders, even though you gave some well-thought out, sound reasons why Dr Drew and Missy Jill shouldn't get together, I'm afraid that's where Moy is heading here.
She and Giella don't even begin to deal in consistancies, as Elaine's comment at 11.23 points out.
Even if Moy has written dialog and fixed both Dr and Missy's characters in mind, that will turn to jello if she can - even impossibly - marry off two characters.
look, clearly those are 2 unseen men giving a "mid five" before making a move on those 2 sweet looking "friends of the bride" - clown face and no-face. Mmm-mmm that sweet feeling of despair as you watch another friend succeed in getting married.
Has Adrian not even NOTICED the man who is dancing with Mary Worth? "Why, look, it's my brother Drew whom I haven't seen in like, THREE YEARS, back from Vietnam to attend my wedding! I suppose I should go over there and say, 'hi'.
Two days ago, I thought Adrian was dancing with her father, but now I see it's Scott, whose cheap black suit has bled into Mary's dress and Drew's jacket. Did I miss the panel where the overhead sprinklers came on?
I hate to say this, but I'm already bored with the How-Drew-and-Jill-Fall-in-True-Love-Forever-Thanks-to-Mary-Worth story. Sigh...shouldn't Jenna and Mike's wedding be coming up soon? Maybe Dr. Mike has a psychotic patient who'd like to participate!
@Imogene I agree. Isn't there some way we could preemptively break up the Drew-meets-Jill plot? I mean, unless it's Jill-meets-Drew-and-shoots-him. Happiness and Jill should not be allowed within 100 feet of each other. She's best when she's petulant, sarcastic, and dissatisfied. Maybe she could be reformed superficially, so that for every speech bubble, there's a thought bubble for what she really thinks. As in Speech bubble: "I'm SO happy!" Thought bubble: "Not!"

This is the most boring wedding ever. Com'on Jill, get out there and liven things up! Even Citizen Cane left.
You know it is boring when Mary has to ask "Well, how are things in Vietnam?"

I'm sure Dr. Jeff would just LOVE to welcome the lovely Jill-who-can-not-handle-what-she-drinks into the family.

OK, everyone is clapping except the two people dancing. What is this, a Serbian wedding all of a sudden?
Looks like they are doing the 'hand jive'

Hwy, how come no secret message on this photo? I am sad.
