What in blazes is Liza doing with her hands, Karate chops? Dr. Corey, ...please...I mean "Drew" looks a bit worried!! Perhaps he was her sparring partner years ago, and has forgotten all his er...moves? (That was a long time ago, before he took up "men's fitness".)

I never paid attention before, but I was visiting someone in a (local) hospital yesterday and was struck by the absence of arrows. There were also no footprints painted on the floors, which I'm now quite sure Mountview Hospital has.
Is there one single full-time doctor at Mountview besides Adrian, who gets to adjust her hours around her personal life whenever she needs to? No wonder the population of Santa Royale is about 50. People total, I mean.
This is what makes Drew such a remarkable doctor. He walks into the room, and everyone suddenly feels better.

I'm pretty sure Drew doesn't remember Liza and just read the name on her nametag.
And again (in panel 1) an arrow indicating where to go in an emergency. Oh, we'll have an emergency alright!
That hospital is full of arrows, but I guess you need clear markings with all this freelance medical personnel running around.

I believe that is the international sign for "Take me now" or "I'm choking". I always get them mixed up.
