People are killing each other, Dawn? All I've seen are dancing acrobats and manly men.

Maybe they'll swim to a remote island with smoke monsters, polar bears and the cast of Lost. Dawn could be the whiny spoiled brat who's eventually shot.

Wilbur would *not* be Hugo. Even though they're both overweight, Wilbur is no hero!

Wow, people killing each other! This ceased to be the Costa Concordia some time ago, and is now some strange amalgam of Voyage of the Damned and Lord of the Flies.

I can only hope, for Wilbur's sake, that the handsome strangers are Coast Guard rescue swimmers on vacation; and for Dawn's sake, that they are brothers and not a committed couple.

It's getting really handsy there in Panel One. I wonder if it reminds Dawn of anyone...Dave?

I feel like Moy will be running out of her Allotment Of Exclamation Marks soon. Today's strip used them exclusively, and surely there will be more excitement to come in the months ahead for this plot.

Everyone in the first panel seems to be playing some kind of party game, like "Grab the Pole." They're even smiling (unless the smiles are supposed to be grimaces).

"People are killing each other over at the lifeboats!" - ??? No, Dawn, those were the passengers laughing at the cruise comedy act. "Ha ha! Stop, you're killing me!"

Someone's gonna pay for forgetting to bring the life jackets on board.Or maybe it's too much work for Uncle Joe to draw them.

Notice how Dawn is smiling for the first time in the past, oh what has it been??? A year since this plot began? Oh yeah, love is blooming... please, please, please let those two guys be a couple...

I hope that man hand on Dawn's left arm doesn't belong to Dawn.

Put it away, Dawn.
These guys play for the other team.

Not that there's anything wrong with that, just saying.

@Dave in Parma, 1:49 PM - I was thinking the same thing about that hand at first, but I'm pretty sure it belongs to Wilbur.

In the first panel, Red Shirt Guy is on Dawn's left. Second panel, he's changed places with Green Shirt Guy and is on Dawn's right. His ability to teleport means one thing... He's an Elf (like Doby in Harry Potter). Red Shirt Guy will teleport them all to the shore and they're all saved. Yea!

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I get a very clear impression that all of the passengers have made it off the ship and only our four people are left on board. Where are the good folk killing each other?
