I'm sooooo happy right now. Adam loves Terry soooooo much. He moved all the way across the country into her apartment building just as soon as he realized he made a mistake eight years ago dumping her for the Congress-Man and his ideology. Women love men who are direct, especially ex-boyfriends. I mean, he didn't even ask Mary to find out if Terry still likes him or not! If that isn't love, what is?

The role of Adam Miller in the first panel is being played by Mitt Romney.
I don't know who or what is playing Terry Bryson in the second panel, but there's a simian vibe. Scary.
Since Mary has been absent from the strip for weeks, maybe she'll perform the marriage ceremony tomorrow. If not, we'll see Adam and Terry at City Hall, waiting for their number to come up on the board.
Aah...the smell of a mixture of Terry and Adam's sweat along with the blood of Mr. Members Only. That has to be the romantic proposal in the history of this strip. I can't wait to see how many people they maim during the honeymoon.
It's always a good sign when, first thing after getting engaged, both parties gaze away from each other and chat about the setting.
Also when the guy's hair starts to whiten at an incredible rate of speed immediately after having his proposal accepted.
I noticed that, too, KitKat, and figured now that she's got the proposal in her pocket, appearances no longer matter, and she can let her features relax into their normal Neanderthal mode.
I can understand not kneeling but no ring? But what better place to propose than a violent crime scene - the Skunk's evilness is peeking through a bit. First, control the boardwalk, then Charterstone, then Santa Royale, then the WORLD. The battle of Charterstone - Telfon Girl/Skunk versus Mary Worth will be the bloodiest, hardest fought battle though.

Two plots ending in weddings one right after the other? I'm guessing soon we'll be getting a story of Adam and Terry cruising the local retirement communities for a couple to join them as cross generational swingers/ crime fighters. Sean/Hanna/Adam/Terry is my OTP
At last Terry has found out what was missing in her life -- a stalker who never respected her feelings about being friends and gave her a chance to kick butt on some mugger.

WOW! Terry sure made up her mind about Adam fast! I can't wait for the wedding. Can they please have a giant pink layer cake with a pink sugar statuette of Mary Worth on top to bless their union? I can't wait to read Terry's memoirs--I Married My Stalker: Scenes from a Thrilling Marriage. (I also can't wait for Mary and Toby to sip lemonade together and dissect the whole Adam-Terry relationship.)
Also, I think that panel number one could qualify for panel of the year. (Several other panels from the past few days could, too.)
