Dawn's gone all out on this Taking-Mary's-Advice-to-Heart thing. The scarf is sure to help her patch things up with her friends.

A couple of new songs to share on the Jukebox, including Da Vinci II by Emma Wallace which is perfect for this story.

Dawn shopped Mary's closet after the "tea and sympathy." That's the only explanation for her outfit today.

Does the U. of S.R.'s academic year ever end?

Floating head!!! The only thing better would be said floating head gently balanced on Dawn's weirdly extended left arm as she strolls through campus gesticulating and talking to herself.

Special note to fauxprof: If art imitates life, maybe U. of S.R. Unviewrsity Administrator Hilton Berkes will resign.

Tomorrow we may see Dawn think up a floating head bubble about her "other" friends only it will end up being empty. What friends? The ones who are continually haranguing her about spending "extra-time" with Harlan?

I believe Mary advised her to "keep your friendship with Professor Jones, not "Hang out with Harlan."

@KitKat, at my beloved real-life University we've been hoping for a resignation from our current president for the past two years, so from your mouth to God's ears. As to Dawn, people who gesticulate while thinking to themselves find their erstwhile friends backing away, carefully.

Just checked my local news feed, and OMG KitKat, he DID just resign. Or got fired! Oh frabjous day! I gotta go text other retirees who haven't heard yet. Hilton Berkes, you're next, fictionally.

Am I the only one bothered by the fact that weekday Dawn has blue eyes but Sunday Dawn has brown eyes? That really irks me!

And ... floating head Harlan ... so dreamy!

@Maxwell Bacon at 12:04 p.m., Dawn's color-changing eyes are not a recent phenomenon. "Don't It Make My Brown Eyes Blue" by Crystal Gayle was added to the Charterstone Jukebox some time ago.

I thought the problem that kick-started this entire storyline was the fact that Dawn had no friends, and was feeling disconnected from her peers? Is the solution really going to be "Just spend more time with the friends you had all along!"?
I'm hoping that Harlan goes all "Fatal Attraction" once Dawn starts to cut him out, and Wilbur goes to the kitchen only to find his sandwich boiling away in a stockpot! The horror!
