I was relieved to see that Mary attended Tommy's exam just to make sure the doctor knew what he was doing. But did she actually stay in the room while Tommy got dressed?
I think Wanders was pointing out that Tommy seems to have gotten dressed while Mary Worth is in the room, Smooth. Happy to explain the joke. I don't get his humor most of the time anyways.
Oh oh oh... but you're pointing out that yesterday his shirt didn't have a collar. And today it does! Oh, I get it now. See, I'm not much good a getting jokes.
Anonymous--Trying to figure out any reasonable thought process behind Mary Worth is a battle in futility. One must retain all sorts of pertinent information from strips past and it's always a losing battle.
Sit back, like I am, and enjoy an adult beverage by the Charterstone pool. Perhaps Mr. Allora will keep us informed.
So, Tommy's going to skip out on work, break a date with his sweetie and he hasn't even started abusing opioids? Man, that kid is a quick study. I can't wait for the 'My very own poppy field' scene.
It's ice packs, rest and ibuprofen, not Vicodin! It's only a strain. Too bad Tommy, Iris and Mary lack tummy brains to warn them off bad doctors who over prescribe opioids.
To heck with the Vicodin. If it hurts that bad, he needs some Demerol. That must be what Mary's thinking, because she sure looks disapproving of something.
@smooth: Great idea! I'm always hanging out at the Charterstone pool, enjoying an adult beverage! Come join us, the rest of you! We really need a pool party! And Mary's chicken salad appetizers!

I see Tommy's shirt miraculously grew a collar while visiting with Dr. Kaput.
Does no one mention that drug addled Tommy should never be put on Vicodin for any reason? You have to be half dead to get a script for that by me.

Question 1: What kind of medical facility permits Iris and Mary (!) to be in the examination room with Tommy? Answer 1: Only one in the Worthiverse.
Question 2: What kind of medical facility prescribes a drug like Vicodin so casually? Answer 2: Ready Med, Santa Royale's #1 pill mill.

I wonder if it's a person Tommy is referring to when he says he has a date with Tina.

Dawn Weston's Evil Twin--Do we get to sport grassy green jackets whilst swilling? Will Dawn and Harlan teach us some yoga? Will Toby pour?
Sounds like mandatory party time for all here!
Pool par-tay! Woo hoo! I’ll bring the kelk and salmon squares!
Uh, Doc? I think you forgot to tell us your diagnosis.
You know, meth is known as 'Tina' in the gay male world, maybe Tommy needs to come out and find a LGBT friendly recovery group.
