Wait a minute! Jerry blew up at Tommy for slacking off (apparently that "accident" was still in the restroom in the morning) and we didn't get to witness it? Think what June could have done with that! Great writing, KM. That's what we're here for.
The clueless Tommy is unaware that Iris has been bugging all his conversations for years. There's a wire in his hair; because he never combs, much less shampoos, his hair, he hasn't found it.
When June took over, I worried that unusual Worthiverse decor would be a thing of the past. My worries have been assuaged. Wanders has commented on the magazines, and June's lamps are intriguing. Tommy's room has the star-spangled lamp, and today's lamp is a sea of squiggles. Yay! Now if only Chin Napkin 2.0 would appear...
Wow! Mixed messages from Iris! First, "You can't go to work like this!" Then she tries to discourage Tommy from staying home all day. Plus, the utter cluelessness regarding Vicodin! A true Moy triumph!
(Psst, Tommy ... I think there's enough room on that couch for ... DAWN!)
How did Iris know that Jerry said Tommy had been slacking off? I don't think Jerry called her so I imagine cry baby Tommy complained to Mommy about it.
Iris - "Why would Jerry think you were not doing a good job honey?" Tommy - "He's a big jerk and he picks on me because I was in prison." Iris -"But you cleaned the kitchen, floors and the accident in the men's room, didn't you?" Tommy - "I don't want to talk about it." Iris - "OK honey, you're an adult."
Wilber is going to be mad when he finds out Tommy got fired and is eating into Iris savings again.
Tommy needs to go to the ER, and tell them that he is in great pain but is allergic to NSAIDs, so he needs Vicodin. The doctors and nurses have never heard that story before and will get him the meds stat!
Revelation in Wanders's secret message! Tommy is Jerry's son, too! Amazing! No wonder that deadbeat dad is so mean to him. Or is he trying to make sure that Tommy grows a spine? Nyuk-nyuk-nyuk ... some low-back-pain humor, there!
Saturday Tomorrow: Tommy breaks into Mary's apartment and steals her computer. Too bad for Tommy, no one on the street will give him a dime for Mary's computer.

Iris either removed her boot, her knee sock, or spontaneously healed an amputated leg since yesterday. Yay!!
Iris needs to dump her subscription to LOG CABIN WEEK and get PARENTING instead!

I with fauxprof! We needed to see Jerry blow up at Tommy for slacking off. We really did.
Thanks, Kit Kat, for wishing for Chin Napkin make an appearance but I fear he has passed to the great banquet in the sky.
