Mary Worth 2425

Nothing like seeing devastation in foreign countries to put one in the mood for travel!

Happy Halloween everyone. I hope you have been enjoying the Charterstone Halloween Party Playlist on the jukebox.

For the love of God, Roy, will you please lay off the random bolding?

A great Halloween selection on the Charterstone Jukebox, Wanders! Mary wears enough purple to qualify as the Purple People Eater herself.

Mr. Allora can use Mary's Casserole a la Glop to fix those cracked windows.

Yes Wilbur, living life painted into a corner with your daughter and lady love is a prospect worse than death. Time to pack your bags (if you even had time to unpack from your recent trip) and split.

Considering that Mary Worth is nearly 100 years old, it's a little hard to relate to this "life is short" storyline, which is sinking from the weight of its own triteness in any case....

We will be spending the rest of the week, or longer, discussing Wilbur's decision. Wait till he finds out the paper isn't paying for it. It's all on his own dime, besides having to pay the Charterstone rent and fees, Dawn's tuition and living expenses, maybe a breach of promise action from Iris. But this is the Worthiverse, where everyday practicalities aren't important. I'm envious.

All I could think of is "haven't these poor people been enough without Wilbur and his mayonnaise stained hands tormenting them?"

TUESDAY

And that's the last we'll ever see of Wilbur.

Tomorrow, Mary launches an all-out effort to find her nose.
