It's really not that big of a switch since no one can tell the two of you apart. You know what would be a switch? A STORY THAT WASN'T ABOUT THE WESTONS OR THE BEEDIES!!!!

Both Beedies need a change. Off to South America with them! The Amazon rainforest could improve their limp hair, if nothing else. Just take time to wash and dry all those dishes before you leave.

Today's Boldface Haiku is titled "Meaningless Blather From Blabbing Blondes" or "If The Patty Duke Show Theme Song Were A Boldface Haiku".

Switch? I'm you!
Yeah! Here! You me!
Thanks!

“Switch? I’m you!” is the Beedie family motto.

"Well, Tommy, we better do the dishes."

"But Ma, we already did them once this week."

"Ma, I'll make you some carrot muffins to cheer you up. How are we fixed for flou and si?"

It’s time for the Tweedlebeedies to strike out on their own. There’s a whole new world out there. Australia, maybe. That ought to be far enough. I doubt they will clean the apartment first—or pay the back rent.

A comment yesterday regarding the crumbs from Tommy's toast leads me to wonder again today about the state of the Beedie kitchen. Do Charterstone units not come with a dishwasher? And why would June want to depict them as slobs?

@Nance: That has got to go in the all-time top five boldface haikus. :-D

@Gina--Thank you! Nice to hear that.
