Now, the question is, did they try to slug each other and accidentally hit Drew, or did they deliberately hit him? It would take a great deal of incompetence to do the former, so I'm guessing that's what happened.

Haven't seen this level of violence in a comic strip since vintage Dick Tracy. All the characters need are cool criminal nicknames. Ashlee can be Pocket Watch, and Shauna can be Needles. Since they're fighting over Drew he's Turf, which of course makes his boating father Surf. Now if only Mary summons Teflon Girl with her two-way wrist radio.
Well, I would claim to be on speed-dial with Moy, but then I fear that HelenClark and her council would really have me committed (and rightly so).
Anyway, as Wanders has pointed out, this is very predictable.
Now, tomorrow, we really should see some Clinic Staff come to the rescue. I'm pretty sure that Dr. D. has a glass jaw and will be out cold for some time.
