Please, please, please take them both to the same exam room and then, like every doctor in the country, make them wait for 17 minutes alone. A lot of violence can happen in 17 minutes. And then, hopefully, Drew can get punched four or five more times when he retruns.

But in realityworld, where the strip is nominally set, Hiding Admin Person would already have called for help. I mean, violent people in a clinic in the poor part of town? Obviously drug addicts trying to rob the place.
I hope Drew had them fill out the proper paperwork (fifteen to twenty minutes), and check their insurance. He does not need an unpaid bill on top of everything else he is dealing with.
Is this the part where Dr. Drew loses his license for being "intimately involved" with his patients? He tries to make a living doing his photos on Instagram, then realizing that he can't live on that. Good thing his Daddy has a big house.
O.K. Drew won't lose his license, but he should.

Unfortunately, it looks like no one called the authorities, including Dr. D. So, no 73 hour hold. Which is really unfortunate because both of them would benefit from counseling (Dr. Sweater Vest?) and therapy. On the other hand, so would Dr. D.
