I'm starting to think that Toby might be a little intimidated by her brilliant and accomplished husband, but I'm not 100 percent sure yet. Maybe by the end of the week, I'll have this figured out.

Well, I guess she'll be back at Mary's tomorrow morning. Maybe Mary will have lemon meringue this time.
It would have been a lot funnier if Toby had said, “Speaking of chicken, CLUCK CLUCK CLUCK!!!” It does make me wonder what segue she would’ve used if she served Mary’s recipe for salmon squares instead. “Speaking of fish, I’m drowning at my job!!”
Looks like Toby poured herself some more wine for the big reveal - in panel one, the glasses are empty. Those bowls of chicken pósele aren’t exactly filled, either.
Toby get a back bone and stop fretting! You have done nothing wrong and your coworker is a bully. I would go right to the boss and tell him or her you are being bullied and inform him or her that if your coworker continues to harass you a report will be made to the proper state department and have them take legal action.
Remember Wanders, this is MW. It will take about two weeks of us having to suffer through this dinner and Toby still won't tell Ian. He will find out when School Management sends an email to Toby who is not allowed to have her own email account after that incident when she gave her credit card to that scammer.
