Gee willikers, did a rolling Ian gather some Moss?
If (and we’re still at a big IF) there was a romantic interlude between Helen and Ian, she turned into a frump wearing baggy, dull clothes who keeps an old college yearbook on her desk along with a circa 1959 blotter. Toby might want to cut her losses and move on from Chinbeard.
Question: Does Helen know that Toby is married to Ian? That hasn’t been established, right?
I think Helen has been living in the bowels of SRCc for the last 12 years. She hasn't been able to afford a place of her own since Ian kicked her out in order to marry his lovely young student, Toby.
We could have skipped all this so-called plot development if Toby would have said after Helen's first threat to contact "School Management", "Look, Helen, get off my back. If you keep on threatening me, I'm going to get my husband, Ian Cameron, who has friends in school management here at SRCC, to look into why YOU, a know nothing busybody are harrassing me."
I'm gonna guess that Ian knew Helen before he married his first wife. So, she goes way back...and boy can she carry a grudge. Should't she be angry with Ian's first wife? Hmmm....maybe he wasn't married before. Maybe Toby is his first wife and he just stared out with a young bride. Oh well....as long as it's not Wilbur, I'm happy.
Wander, I sure hope you know that young viking personally; maybe from one of your productions? He looks much nicer than Ian thought.

I wonder what percentage of people keep a copy of their college yearbook at work. I know it's probably not the same as it was before Covid.
Ha, ha. Y'all thought we were going to have a Wilbur-free interlude, but let's wait and see whose photo she's come across.
Can we add "Traces of Love" to the Charterstone jukebox?

That would explain her hairdo. She cuts it with the paper cutter.

she was going to get the binoculars and stumbled across the old yearbook
So my guess is she's one of Ian's former students at UC Santa Royale, and had a big crush on him...
Hmmm, actual plot development? It’s slow, but just barely discernible. I’m hoping for red-faced and demonic Helen to re-emerge.

I've never heard of a college yearbook. I thought only schools had them.
Apparently, Covid miracously bypassed Santa Royale

Thanks, Wanders, for that photo of youthful Ian. It cracks me up every time I scroll past it. The original conehead.
