Jared: “‘Parted ways’?!! She openly gawked at other men right in front of me and acted bored by my knowledge of all things. Then she lied about going to Rock On to dance!”
Mary: “Oh, was the night of dancing when I saw you at the bedside of that unfortunate woman with the banged-up face as you clutched her hand and gazed at her? That went on for hours - I walked by numerous times, and you were still there doing that.”
In a vain attempt to outline a new character in the Worthiverse, KM has made Jared one of the most unprofessional, obtuse, awkward and unbelieveable twits ever to grace a comic strip. I couldn't care less what happens to him. I hope he grabs Jess and together they drive his beater of a car to somewhere in central Ohio, never to be heard from again.
Mary: "Jared, now that I have listened intently to your tale, I must implore one who looks and acts such as you: Take what life gives you. You won't be getting much more. Now, off you go. 87 panels from now."
I totally understand where you’re coming from, Jared. My best and most enduring friendships have been built on guilt, deceit, anger, incompatibility, and indifference.

"It's not my fault! She made me do it!"
Sheesh, all we need now is Jared calling her a poopy head.

This makes one yearn for the reappearance of Wilbur

No it does not. It most emphatically does not, and it never will.
Your comment is clearly a cry for help. Unfortunately, Mary's busy at the moment.

But Dawn is your soulmate, Jared. You were meant for each other. You both deserve each other—and yes, I mean that as an insult.
