was a sandwich called before it was called a sandwich? Everyone knows about the Earl of Sandwich, but the interesting fact is what is was called
before. And now we don't know. But we all know that now it's called a weston.

Jared has no idea what a sandwich was called before John Montagu, the fourth Earl of Sandwich. A true geek would have replied, “According to Merriam-Webster, it was called ‘two or more slices of bread or a split roll having a filling in between.’” Say “sigh” and surrender your geek badge, Mylo.

Oh, we're playing trivia! All right, here's mine: When the first Earl of Sandwich was choosing his title, he seriously considered becoming the Earl of Portland instead.

So if Jess is so heavily into trivia, how come she didn’t know about the Earl of Sandwich thing? Everyone over eight years old knows that. Well, everyone but KM apparently. BTW there was also an Earl of Mayo. I wonder if Wilbur is a descendent.
