Does Lynn have any friends of her own age? And what age might that be? Looking at the way she has been drawn over the past week she could be anywhere between 12 and 40.
Mary is doing all she can to break Lynn down but Lynn continues to resist. But Mary is relentless. It won't be long before Lynn is spilling her guts to Mary. In the real world, a control freak like Frank would have sent Mary packing as soon as the meddling started. But then we would have been denied the excitement of this story line. Snore.
Despite your best efforts, wanders, I'm afraid Karen Moy is winning the battle between the forces of dull blandness and entertaining snarkiness. It's very nearly to the point now that even the characters and plotlines are so pointless that it's just not worth the effort be hatin'. I'm just about to drown in my own drool waiting for something--anything!--to happen. I may have to switch over to following Rex Morgan, MD.
For real excitement, buy an hourglass. Watch the sand flow ... and watch ... at least it constantly develops and moves, which puts it one up on Mary Worth.
I'm wondering why everything is smushed over to the left side in panel two. Just a giant black bar on the right side. Is Giella ok?

Is she alright? Of course she's not, Mary!! Haven't we already established at least that...that's she not alright?! Isn't that why you are there???
