Sure, in a public forum like her Facebook page, or her newspaper column, Mary warns against living the regrettable life. But just a week or so ago, in private, she was advocating for a life without contrition.
Today's Full Strip
Mary's wearing purple today! She's gone over to the Dawn side.
Mary's jaw seems to be collapsing. She needs to see her dentist, or her plastic surgeon--or maybe just put her lower plate back in.
..."Worth it" ha ha; good catch Chauncey @ cleveland.com! I wonder if he's one of the Clevelanders on this blog?
What kind of form/spreadsheet/whatever is Mary typing into, for Pete's sake? I think that no one is submitting questions to "Ask Wendy" anymore because Mary/Wendy only spouts tiresome drivel. If you need help with an intrusive mother-in-law or a cheating spouse, don't ask Wendy.
Mary looks like she's going in for The Pick in Panel Two.
YOU! You are a loyal and optimistic reader! You did nothing to deserve the torturous pace of this story.
Mary is to 'Ask Wendy' what the radio 'call-in' show host who talks non-stop without taking calls from the show start to the first commercial is to their show.p.s. Wanders--loved the 'validation' link yesterday. I laughed, I cried, I was uplifted, all without being preached at. See Karen Moy--it can be done!
Brick, thank you, I feel validated now!
You know what would be great? If a coven of ninjas suddenly appeared and broke Mary's fingers.
Hey!I'm one of the Clevelanders on this blog.
