In other words, Hanna spent four hours a night, three nights a week, vaguely aware of what television program Amy was watching. Parenting is such a burden.
Ever heard the phrase "an accident looking for a place to happen"? Not to belabor the obvious, but that may be what we have, here. Another Monday in the Worthiverse.
Hanna Dingdon either searched high and low for a car with an interior that matches her hair, or she searched the Beauty aisle at Food Team for hair color that matches her car.
Hanna is doing a lot of crabbing and whining and not a lot of productive brainstorming.
Now she's going to slam into someone and end up babysitting from her hospital bed or jail cell. Which is win-win for Amy, but not Helpful for Hanna, who as we know has Raised Her Children Already.
Hanna will crash into Mary's car. Mary will escape with nary a scratch, but Hanna will be severely injured and will be laid up in her apartment for months.
I respectfully suggest "Hard-Hearted Hannah" be added to the Condo jukebox.

I was torn between this and the Bea Arthur version, also on Youtube. But anyone who is not immediately captured by Jack Webb gazing appreciatively at Ella Fitzgerald...well, I just don't know.

Breathes there a driver with soul so dead
Who never once to herself has said,
"That #%!&@ almost ran right into me!"?
Whose temper never within her steamed
While sallying forth to the Food Team
For OATS, onions, eggs and asafoetida tea?
Be there a soul so coldly made
Her ego has never been waylaid
In the centuries since her birth.
And if you have to know her name
She is a biddie of some fame:
The Meddler Mary Worth.

Gordon will be asked look after her.
I wonder of Dingdon was ever an Avon rep?
What is this...a Worthiverse version of the movie Groundhog Day?!?
It would be hilarious if Hanna backed up right into Amy's car, though.
So many questions!
Why is she returning to the Charterstone parking lot "the next day"? Has she been out all night?
Did she leave while she was still supposed to be watching little Gordy?
Is he in the trunk?
...and why is a man in drag driving Hanna's car?
