"I suggest you GO SLOW, and spend time with him to get reacquainted. Of course, you will do that right here in my apartment so I can observe, record, and moderate all your interactions. I'll provide regular water and kelk bars."
Mary has forgotten all about Aldo. She should advise Terry to go straight to Adrian's husband, Mr. Detective. Adam kept quiet for many years, and then tracked Terry down to force his way back into her life.
Tread lightly, Terry.
Also, it's GO SLOWLY. I hope Wilbur has a better grasp of grammar than Mary (or Moy)!
Really appreciateing Terry's practiced muffin-wielding. Thinking Mary may have slipped some judgment-disarming serum into those muffins to go along with her advice..Go slow, indeed! Where is the evidence that Adam is "hurting", and why is he "hurting" all of a sudden after 8 years of absense?! Why should Terry have ANYTHING to do with a schmuck whose concern appears to be so quixotic and abrupt? Just once I would like to see Mary's advice really blow up in her face that way it would in real life. ..
Go slow(ly)....so that means this storyline will run into the holidays??? In P1 Terry ruminates the doughnut or salmon square or whatever it is. In P2 Terry has regurgitated the doughnut or salmon square or whatever and spit pasted it back on. At the same time Mary's arm has catapulted over the back of the sofa and she seems to have suddenly shot up a foot above it. It must have been the shock of watching Terry recycle her food.
Mary's given Dr. Jeff false hope for years and look at all those free meals she enjoyed at the Bum Boat while doing so. Mary should explain the advantages of false hope to Terry.
Carl's Laptop - I hope so. Only because I really do want to see what Wanders can come up with for Worthy Awards with only two story lines to choose from. Sorry, Wanders, but I know you'd be up for the challenge!

is "Mother & Child reunion" on the jukebox? Am I the only one hearing it?
Ah well. I've had worse earworms.

Mary looks a little pie-eyed and slow herself. What has she slipped into her coffee?
I like Mary's new room arrangement. The old orange couch is facing a blank green wall from about three feet away.

That is the most amazing bite out of a muffin I have ever seen.
