Mary Worth 2036

I know I am dying of curiosity. No, wait. That's boredom. We're not getting any younger here. Adam already had to wait eight years on the Charterstone waiting list to move into your building.

Since the plot, as Wanders points out, runs the risk of death by ennui, perhaps it's best to concentrate on visual details--like the strange white disks on Terry's plate, or that she has developed either a pronounced overbite, or a seriously shiny lower lip.1190

I see a rendering of what could be a poor imitation of Chin Napkin. Or it might must be a notepad.

Whatever those disks on Terry's plate are, they must be tough because the fork tines have broken off. Startling, isn't it, in a restaurant so posh that it has columns and a ledge with hideous pottery.

To Fauxprof: I am more intrigued that Adam hasn't noticed that Terry is about to shoot him with a tiny invisible gun.

Hanging with you folks has caused me look beyond the story to find things in the details. For instance, Adam's shirtcuffs are white on Wednesday. Today, Friday, the cuffs green. Could it have been an accident with the pea soup or the salmon cakes or worse, the guacemole????? And what happened to his plate? How will I be able to sleep tonight?
