Mary Worth 2079

Either that window was installed backwards, or you're outside.

Today's strip

Cue the music: "I'm on the Outside Looking In" - Little Anthony and the Imperials.
Maybe she went out to get the morning paper and was so distracted by her own obsessing that she accidentally locked herself out.

Whose window is she mooning outside of?

Is she out for an Ambien stroll since in P 2 she's on the outside lookin' in. OMG...could she be peering into Adam's window? But wait, he lives on the 4th floor. Crappy drawing at its worst.

@Carl's Laptop, if you want to see truly crappy drawing, check out "Apartment 3G". Personally, I think JOE Giella pulls stunts like the inside-out window to amuse himself and mess with us.

This is an excruciatingly dull plot, but it's inspiring Wanders to new heights of incisive and hilarious comments. Wanders, you rock!

Since Terry is so afraid (oops, make that AFRAID) that her heart will be broken again, maybe she can draft a pre-nup. It will specify that she and Adam must be together 24/7 so they can work hard and play hard, just like when they worked for Unnamed Pseudo-Government Agency eight years ago. That should solve everything, and they can vanish into Worthiverse Oblivion.

Will Terry's floating head in a window qualify for the Worthy's Floating Head in Cloud award?

I have no patience for weak women as it is, and Terry Bryson exhausted me weeks ago (weaks ago?).

At least she is smart enough not to sleep with her hair in a ponytail, which can lead to breakage and damage of her lovely locks. Holy crap. Is this really what I am reduced to commenting upon, ProTips for healthy hair?

Obviously Terry is outside of Mary's window. She'll use her awesome undercover cop powers to break in. The next two hours will be spent crouched by Mary's motionless form gnawing stale muffins and listening for Mary to blurt out generic greeting card platitudes in her sleep.

I don't think that Terry is outside. We are seeing her reflection in the window as she looks outside and contemplates her deep love and affection for her stalker, er... boyfriend, er... stalker. In films, seeing someone's reflection in the frame rather than the character suggests duplicity. I think Terry is lying to herself. It will take months for her to unravel her true feelings. Can't wait!

Terry looks a lot like a grown-up version of Olive, last year's late-night muser. At least Olive had freaky dreams and hallucinated little people talking to her on flowers. WAY more interesting. Terry could go for a late night stroll around the Charterstone pool, fall over a gardening tool left out by M Worth, fall into the pool and be saved by Adam.

Thanks LouiseF.... you saved me having to spend this evening looking up the Kaput kid's name.. Olive... But you get it too, right? Same little kiddie single bed, same frilly nightie, same parted hair. If I wasn't so lazy ... and now because you've done the work.... I don't have to go back tonight after a long day at work to check out the similarities... Bless you!
