Conversation is awkward when practicing yoga at your substitute teacher's house. I mean, what should you say? Is it best to lead with your break from dating? Perhaps, but only if you follow it up with a judgmental remark regarding your teacher's grief-filled abstinence. I think that would be the best way to go.

No one has commented yet because we're all speechless. We knew Dawn was immature and self-centered, but now she's downright rude and snarky. No wonder she's 35 and still living like an 18 year old!

Neither of them is ready to make much of an investment n yoga just yet. No proper mats, just old gray towels. Aren't those going to slide around on Harlans shiny, shiny floors?
Even by Mary Worth standards, which is saying a lot, the design and decor of Harlan's humble abode is bizarre. In today's panel 1, Harlan and Dawn seem to be surrounded by Thursday's yellow carpeting, but in p. 2 they're whisked to...?? The lobby of Santa Royale City Hall? The lobby of the Santa Royale Marrinot Tilton Hotel?
Something I overlooked yesterday: Harlan changed clothes between Wednesday and Thursday. Wonder how he managed that.
Where's Alfie? Outside, running around in traffic? A reunion with his late mistress, Sharon, might come soon.
Being unfamiliar with yoga etiquette and dress code, I notice that Harlan and Dawn wear matching tops and bottoms. Is this, dare I ask, normal? I haven't had a matching outfit like that since highschool gym class. Let's not get into how long ago that was.
I'm thrilled beyond belief that Dawn has chosen the "I'm taking a break from dating... until you're not MY professor anymore" route. Classy, Dawn.

I'm still trying to figure out how we got from "Dawn wants more friends her age" to this. Unless she really is a 35-year-old college undergrad, and she and Harlan are the same age.
