Harlan may need a support group for those who are obsessed with yoga..Once a day is acceptable. Don't know anyone who would want to "practice more" unless they were in need of an intervention by friends and family...especially when attempting a demanding pose like Harlan is suggesting. "Taraksvasana"=drinking a fifth of vodka and a 12-pack of beer... Dawn is driving him to hurt himself, and since he will be alone when attempting this pose, I predict Dawn will find him by the weekend, hospitalized and in traction. That should curb her interest in spending time with her friends....
