Here's my husband's--"Reach out to someone you care about, as he or she always puts an interesting slant on an issue. Be willing to explore new ideas."

All of this is at least as helpful, or moreso, than Mary/Wendy.
I'm sure the paper's readership has increased dramatically since Mary has been trying to help this poor soul decide between working at Hardee's and Chik-fil-A. I think he should pick Chik-fil-A, because then he won't have to worry about working during the Super Bowl.
Heavy decisions require heavy drinking. I suggest you take the time to do this.
Furthermore, I am three sheets to the wind as I write this. I've been reading Goethe and watching Bugs Bunny after a few scotches and a bottle of wine. I keep mixing up his quotes with those of Mel Blanc.
