Wanders, I predict a week of running and thought bubbles (and a floating head or two).

In any normal human communication, Brandy is saying "Yes, Tommy I know. Now are you ready to get it out there already?"
In Santa Royale speak, I have no idea if it means anything.

Today's Boldface Haiku is titled

"Oh Great. More Talking, But With Running".

Hey! Run! Join?
Sure! Talk!
In particular?

No, Brandy! You're supposed to run away from Tommy, and not invite him to go with you!

Tomorrow I would like to see Tommy thought bubbling a floating head of himself thinking about talking.

Tomorrow on the boardwalk run, Brandy says, "In addition to being an abusive alcoholic, my father was a lazy, out of shape bum. " Then she leaves Tommy in the duet.
Tommy and Wilbur become sandwich buddies.

They must be planning to run very slowly unless their conversation will consist of “puff puff puff.” Neither of these two strike me as athletic types. Also, who runs on a boardwalk? Aren’t boardwalks typically full of people strolling, gazing at the water, fishing, watching birds, etc.?

Running on a wooden boardwalk is bad for your feet. Splinters!

I ran in a 5 mile race on a boardwalk in Belmar, NJ. It was pretty fun, if a bit windy. Looks like they rebuilt the beach after Sandy.

@mr-darcy: I think that's a typo in your comment, but it almost makes sense as written. I can sort of picture Tommy and Wilbur singing a sad "duet" in the shower.

Now THERE'S an image you'll never be able to get out of your mind.
Thank you, Yahoonski.

r u ok, I laughed so hard I started quoting.

Now pardon me while I go drink to get the image of a Wilbur-Tommy shower duet out of my mind.
