Not much for me to say today, except I couldn't be happier for these two love birds.
But what I really wanted to share was this. With comic cons being canceled, I was able to watch this entire 30 minute video with June. She is wonderful!

Looks like Jared's antidepressants (or whatever) just kicked in.
Meanwhile, Dawn's plane slices through the sky . . . ominously.
And here we are once again on Santa Royale Airlines, proud to be the only airline in the US operating domestic routes with 747s in a single-aisle 2-2 configuration.
"In the likely event of this storyline running out of oxygen, a floating head will drop from the compartment above you..."
This is the part of the Hallmark movie where I think "resolution!" but look at the amount of time left and we're only halfway through, indicating that an air crash and paralysis/amnesia are in store. (Hi everyone, I am a regular lurker. You all are hilarious!)
“We met years ago, in the three-year-old class at Miss Maybelle’s Kiddie Academy of Santa Royale. When we reconnected, we picked up where we left off in the finger-painting session.” It’s becoming obvious why Jared has no contact with patients. Meanwhile, Dawn wings her way westward on No Name Airlines.
OMG, he acts like they fell "madly and deeply in love" those "all those years ago". (Apologies to George Harrison.) KM and JB think we have short memories like nerd boy does. She was highly indignant that he told her about Dr. McCreepy and when he proved that McCreepy was "immoral fraud", she quit the job and that was the last we saw of Medical Assistant Jared, so he needs to wake up and go over the reality and not the fantasy inside his empty head.
Oh and what sane guy says stuff like"so glad to have you in my life again, dear Dawn." If my husband talked to me like that, I'd have to divorce him for sounding like those romance comics I read when I was a teenager.
M Wanders, thank you so much for posting the interview with JB! I can see why you enjoyed it. I love her comment about how "relentless" daily comic strips are and how it's hard to get "closure" with any of the plots. Also love how she worked to make her own version of Mary Worth and endured barbs from fans. Since she is an admitted "horse girl" who grew up drawing horses, any time horses show up in Mary Worth, we'll know JB is putting her favorite foot forward. Great!
Thanks for posting the interview with June, Wanders. It inspired me to look up “Captain Ginger” to find out that she actually can draw cats, and draw them very well indeed. Perhaps her rendition of a Libby is one of her ways of amusing herself, like Dawn’s disappearing and regenerating sleeves, and Ted Miller with the muffin hat.
I just watched the June interview - thanks for posting it, Wanders. It’s good to know they Roy is still part of the team. June and Roy’s house looks airy and bright, which is the opposite of the digs at Charterstone. June must have to steel herself to draw odd furniture and a plethora of pillows. The thought of Mary being in her 70s gives me pause; she’s got to be pushing 120.

Today's Boldface Haiku is titled
" Jared's Enthusiasm Is "Overwhelming" ".
(Years...reconnected.)
"Great."
*Those double double quotation marks are killing me, but I had to break the Rules for the title to work.
And have we ever established that Dawn and Jared are truly Reconnecting after a couple/few years?

I'd be more concerned about how the plane even took off with the engines configured the way they are.

@Little Nell -- Ha ha, you are right on the money. Good catch.
@Lizanne -- Welcome to the Snark Tank. Nice comparison to a Hallmark movie. Don't be a stranger.

I can’t say that June spoils her cats, but it’s obvious that she lets them walk all over her.

Where is the interview link?
Greg in NC, the link is ight under Wanders's post
A question I wish the interviewer would have asked, "How soon until the plot catches up with the COVID 19 world we live in?"
THURSDAY
It's the Amazing Manic Depressive Jared! Yes, folks, one minute he's down, the next he's up, and the next down again!
Jared's mood swings will perfectly complement Ditzy Dawn's flightiness. This has all the makings of a match made in therapy.

Thursday
June left space for us to draw our own floating head(s)! Thanks, June! Now, should I sketch Jared, or Hugo, or maybe Harlan...?
