But when they went to high school Cathy was embarrassed to be seen with Mary and stopped talking to her. Mary swore vengeance and sure enough, once she married into money she had Cathy abducted and tortured.
Mary still listens to Cathy's screams on her ipod every night before going to sleep.
I love the first panel -- the way Mary is tugging Toby toward the park bench, and the stinkface Toby is making as she resists. She's being as patient as possible with the pace of this "story," but she will NOT allow it to come to a complete stop!
