Mary Worth 3443

If anyone deserves credit for helping Madi, it's Greta the dog. But sure, let's buy Mary lunch.

I regally wanted Myster Wynter to say "Meddling comes naturally to you, Mary."

What we don't see is Mary doing her meddling victory lap.

Mary might hold out on that lunch until Saul pries the banana bread's secret ingredient out of Madi.

Mary needs a halo.

What Mary’s actually thinking: “A lousy lunch?! You owe me dinner at the least, Bowtie Boy. And someplace better than the early bird dinner at the Bum Boat. I’m sick of that place.”

"Oh shucks, Saul. Little ol' me? Aw, it was nothing. Le Fleur Jardin Chic Brasserie Manoir at noon sharp. Bring your credit card. I doubt your checkbook can handle it."

I wonder if Santa Royale has any dog friendly lunch spots.

I made a point of rewatching the 'Dad's just like silly putty' scene just so I could hear Chris Griffin say 'Look what I can do to Mary Worth's smug sense of self-satisfaction'. I think we can all identify with Peter when we replies 'that's right, son, take her down a peg'.

From Family Guy, circa 2002.

Mary is not being modest or demure here — the very idea!

But it was my pleasure — mine!how dare you think otherwise!

Thank you, Doug, for kicking off a whole series of imagined interactions between Mary and Family Guy characters. I think it would ultimately be Lois who would put her in her place.
