Mary Worth 3486

Alright. Everyone predicted that Brandy would show up and you stole all the punchlines: They have the same dealer. Vin is Brandy’s dad. Karen Moy doesn’t let statistical probability stand in the way of a predictable plot point. But Victor Hugo characters were always bumping into each other, too. Just go with it people.

Today's Boldface Haiku is titled

"The Spirit Of Nancy Reagan Comes Forth".

Better!

Hahahahaha, Nance! A tip o’ the muffin hat to Wanders for mentioning Victor Hugo and thus reminding us of Dawn’s erstwhile squeeze Hugo, whose parents named him for the author. (Why didn’t they name him Victor? Dawn never asked him that.)

Some of what Vin’s offering Tommy might be helpful for Brandy’s undefined “not feeling well.” Maybe Vin would consider a BOGO deal for the two Babes for old time’s sake.

Looks like Brandy already sold her hair, but Tommy is no Jean Valjean.

Of all the alleys off all the streets in all the neighborhoods, she walks into Vin's.

Oh well. We'll always have that new place on Oak.

Is Brandy emerging from some sort of cavern that opens onto the brickwork alleyway? I'm confused

You can always tell when everyone knows the outcome... very few comments. So Babe girl will witness Babe boy turning down Vin's offer and blah, blah, blah...

Is it too late in the year to hope for a pool party?

So, Brandy somehow only saw that he was within 2 meters of Vin but did not witness him not doing drugs (or have any chance to be captivated by his steely-eyed resolve)?

Now when he does relapse it will really be all her fault!

Tommy should emulate our eminent politicians in demanding a drug test.
