Mary Worth 4064

What is this strange sensation? I'm feeling some sort of ... I don't know how to describe it... tension? Yes, that's it. I've never experienced this before, not in the 15 years I've been reading Mary Worth... I LIKE IT!!

Instead of just a selfie, have Iris make a video, Zak. Seeing you plummet over the edge will be so exciting! No worries about your nonexistent backpack saving you by snagging the edge, either!

This feels like a political cartoon, with the edge of the cliff labelled "SOCIAL MEDIA ADDICTION" and Zak labelled "TODAY'S YOUTH".

I'm sure Mrs. Wanders is greatly relieved to be safely back at home from Death Brook Falls before Wanders got any ideas from this scene!

Zac will fall off the cliff. End up in the hospital in a coma for too many days and we will be subjected to Iris crying to Mary and eating lots of platitude muffins. Iris will regret not marrying Zac and blame herself, because if she had said yes to Zac's proposal, they would not have been at the falls. Zac hears Iris sobbing about regretting not saying yes, wakes up (darn!) and Iris says that she will marry him. The story will end on a Sunday with an out of context quote by KM and Mary summarizing the whole numbing story to Toby over Iris's leftover muffins.

Zak will plummet to the water below and disappear from Iris's view. He will rise to the surface, and the current will take him to an outdoor bar, where he will party with the locals instead of calling Iris. He will sheepishly return home after several days of dancing and drinking, to find to his chagrin that Iris is angry with him.

Wow, looks like someone's feeling like the king of the world!

Somehow, most kings seem to have less trouble finding someone to marry them than Zak and Wilbur do.

As he plummets to his demise.... Iris realizes that had she married Zak she would inherite his "gaming fortune. Now as the GF she gets zlich.

An annoyed Zak snaps, "Oh, okay MOM!!!"

Chester- Thanks for ‘fall down and go boom’! Always makes me laugh. I saw this phrase used in the mainstream press recently about a major public official.

What a cruel way to get rid of Zac and free Iris to go back to Wilbur. Zac we hardly knew ye.

Iris, I told you to marry Zak so you'd get half his money in the divorce. This would be even better: when your rich young husband dies you get all his money.
After you're arrested, tried, and (you hope) found not guilty of pushing him, that is. Since you turned him down, we won't be getting any gritty prison action or dramatic courtroom scenes. Mary would have loved bringing you muffins in prison and acting as a character witness in court.

@meg at 1:23 p.m., was it Liz Truss?

KitKat: No. it was Chief Justice John Roberts, who actually fell down and cracked his noggin, fell unconscious, was taken by ambulance to a hospital, treated, released, and is still CJ of the SC.

Meg, it appears that CJ John Roberts fell last June.
