Mary Worth 1,192

An old lady and a waitress fighting in Diner's parking lot aren't going to attract any attention. I'm sure McThuggy is thinking to himself, "This is a very fancy establishment. I wonder who works here?"

You won't have to make the call - The customer in the ball cap called when he saw Mary jerking and slapping poor Bree around...

The po-po are already on the way...

I think Santa Royale's finest may be needing some backup. Mary will find it difficult to answer to Bree's charges of assault when Bree shows her bruise marks to Dr Cory in the emergency dept.

Mary's status as Chief Hospital Volunteer is in jeopardy.....

Holy moly, Mary appears to be exhibiting signs of dementia. Maybe she didn't dodge that bullet after all!

Where is the manager of Diner while all this is going on? He/she must be as incompetent as the wait staff.

Man, this violent side of Mary is even more disturbing than her insufferable platitudes. When that lady doesn't get her way, she's going all fisticuffs on anyone standing in her path.

I'm looking forward to Bree's stalling skills, though. That should be good.

I don't know, I'm kinda enjoying seeing a little spunk in Mary, although I have to say it's a bit surprising. Did someone slip something in her morning bowl of Kelk?

I will laugh so hard, if the blonde kid turns out to be someone else, and NOT Emily, and Thuggy is just some nice guy that just happens to have one of those cranky faces! Then again, who am I kidding? This is Mary Worth- the biggest shocker or twist is when the storyline takes less than three months to resolve.

Meh, they've eaten and left already.

Maybe Mr Kidnapper didn't leave a tip and Bree will want to go after him on that basis.

Shaken Waitress Syndrome is not funny!

Unless she responds with the ol' uppercut/jab combo.

"OK, Mary, whatever you say. I'll stall them. Just please stop beating me up." Now Bree goes to Emily's table and warn's them that there is a crazy lady after them an they better leave.

This could get interesting if we we get to follow Mary's travels through the judicial and penal system.

Once again we see one of Mary's personality (?) traits (?) rearing its ugly head: the need to make sure people understand that she's right before proceeding. As the clock is ticking, here's an idea Mary: call the cops yourself, and stop wasting time trying to convince Bree. The guy and kid are in the process of leaving because they couldn't get someone to take their order.

After watching Mary continue to browbeat and abuse Bree it appears that Dr. Jeff is the one who dodged a bullet . . .

Is there any chance (oh, please tell me there is!) that Mary will spread-eagle herself on the hood-or the trunk- of Thuggy's car as he speeds away?

Good grief - have they even ordered yet? At the least, they don't appear to have received their food. Just tell the kitchen to wait ten minutes before sending out their food. It can't take the SRPD that long to arrive.

But of course Bree is going to go over there and make a stupid comment about Emily's 'gorgeous' hair, mention how she's always wanted to be blonde, and spook them into leaving.

And why do I have a feeling we are going to find out that Emily met Kidnapper through an internet chat room?

When is the 'Mary Worth' live action movie coming out? This would be a great scene--probably the only one with enough action for the trailer.

(To the tune of "Shake Your Booty:")

Shake shake shake
Shake shake shake
Shake your waitress!
Shake your waitress!

Through some type of fault in the space/time continuum, this incident was already resolved. No mention of Mary:

Nicely sleuthed, howardsgirlfriend! Apparently Ms. Moy had stashed that little tidbit in her accordian file just waiting for the right moment to incorporate it in an edgy, fast-paced story line.
Spoiler alert - don't read the linked article unless you want to know that Bree is going to stall Emily and Thuggy with crayons.

What happened to Mary's sweater? I thought that was the main storyline and the kidnapping/waitress abuse was just a little added fluff . . .
