Mary Worth 3951

If you're too young to remember Henrietta Pussycat, here's a link. But if you're too young to remember Henrietta Pussycat, really, why are you reading Mary Worth?

Thanks for the meow meow walk down meow meow Memory Lane, meow meow Wanders.

Dawn’s anger is the least of your problems, Jared. Your side of the building is sinking alarmingly. Mister Solo is trying to tell you that - MEE MEOW!

I wonder if Mister Solo can have a play date with Libby.

Yeah, we get it, Jared! You want to still be friends! You say that every day! Reboot!

Jared’s relationship with Mister Solo is remarkably similar to Mister Rogers’ relationship with Henrietta — both cats allowed their humans to express ideas and show emotions they might otherwise never articulate. Of course, nobody ever worried about where Mister Rogers had been putting his hands.

the only reason jared still wants to be freinds is then he gets to eat burger and fries .otherwise he has to eat frozen pizza with the cat.

Um, Jared, I don't think that is going to happen. Unless you happen to lose an arm in a boating accident.

It's the year 2048. Jared is married to Jess with two boys; Han and Leia.

Jess: Jared, I'm leaving you for ... well, no one. I'm just leaving."
Jared: "I'm keeping the action figures. And the stuffed Mr. Solo!"
Jess: (Rolls eyes)
Jared: Can we still be friends?

Thanks, Wanders. My son was a big fan of the Mr. Rogers show. And I've spent the last 50+ years of my life trying to forget about Henrietta Pussycat.

@Michael Beaumier: I'm gonna go for the nerd award and mention that Mr. Rogers never appeared in Make-Believe, so you never see him with Henrietta. I don't know if this was ever addressed in the show...you just see him standing next to the train as it chugs off. However (spoiler alert) Fred couldn't appear in Make-Believe because he also had the job of puppet master and couldn't be in two places at once. So, yeah, no one ever worried about it, but his hand was inside Henrietta.

Meanwhile, I wish someone (TJ?) could inform Jared just how lucky he is to be rid of Dawn. No good ever comes from a Weston.
